General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 17winbd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 17winbd website, creating a player account, depositing any amount in BDT, or placing any wager on casino games or sports markets offered through the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

This Agreement is written in English and is the sole authoritative version governing your relationship with 17winbd. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. 17winbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. The platform operates in English and processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). References to monetary amounts in this Agreement use the ৳ symbol, denoting BDT. Eligibility & Registration

Access to 17winbd is strictly limited to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or place any wager on the platform. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. 17winbd takes underage gambling extremely seriously and applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures before processing any withdrawal to confirm player identity and age. If we have reasonable grounds to believe a player is under 18 years of age, we will suspend the account immediately pending verification and may permanently close the account and retain any funds deposited if underage access is confirmed.

Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the identity of another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the platform. 17winbd uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts.

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) to hold a player account.
• You must not be acting as an agent on behalf of a third party when registering or playing.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 17winbd or any of its technology or game-supply partners.
• You must provide genuine identification documents during KYC verification when requested. Submitting false, altered, or third-party documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account closure.

Account Obligations

As a registered player on 17winbd, you bear sole responsibility for all activity conducted through your account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your account details with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or use anyone else's account under any circumstances.

You agree to notify 17winbd immediately at support@17winbd if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. Until such notification is received, 17winbd bears no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the 17winbd platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your area before registering or depositing. 17winbd makes no representation that the platform is legal in all jurisdictions and expressly disclaims any liability for use of the platform in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

• You must not use your account for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• You must fund your account only with money that legally belongs to you and that has not been obtained through criminal activity.
• You must not use VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• You must not permit automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers on your behalf.
• You must update your registered contact details promptly if your bKash number, Nagad number, or email address changes.

Deposits & Withdrawals

17winbd processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). • Deposits must come from payment accounts held in your own legal name.
• 17winbd is not liable for delays caused by mobile network outages, bank processing delays, or third-party payment gateway issues.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes raised with payment providers against legitimate 17winbd transactions will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of any funds disbursed.
• The platform reserves the right to apply AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks to any deposit or withdrawal and to delay processing pending satisfactory completion of those checks.

Bonuses & Promotions

The standard welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on a player's first qualifying deposit is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balances. Real-money funds are used first in wagering unless the platform specifies otherwise for a particular promotion. • Bonuses linked to seasonal Bangladeshi events (Eid, Durga Puja, Victory Day promotions) will carry their own validity windows and staking conditions that supersede the general bonus terms where there is a conflict.

Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

17winbd is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. To protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of the wider player community, the following conduct is strictly prohibited. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live dealer games, poker variants, or sports betting pools to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus structures, including opening multiple accounts, using arbitrage strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk, or coordinating with others to abuse referral programmes.

• Automated Play: Using bots, macros, scripts, AI-driven tools, or any automated software to participate in games or place wagers without genuine human interaction.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to deposit, layer, or extract proceeds of crime. All suspicious financial activity is reported to the relevant authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Harassment: Threatening, abusing, or harassing 17winbd staff, live dealer hosts, or other players via any communication channel provided by the platform.

17winbd employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where a violation is confirmed, the platform reserves the right to close the account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and refer the matter to the appropriate law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the 17winbd platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive property of 17winbd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content or software on the 17winbd platform without the prior written consent of 17winbd. Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party payment provider outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including acts of God, network disruptions, or regulatory interventions) may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.

In jurisdictions that do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by local law. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Termination

You may close your 17winbd account at any time by contacting our support team at support@17winbd with a written request from your registered email address. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any non-compliant bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard KYC verification and minimum withdrawal thresholds being met.

17winbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested; (d) provision of false or misleading registration information; (e) a player's request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming programme; or (f) any other reason that 17winbd determines in good faith constitutes a risk to the platform, its players, or its partners.

Upon termination for cause, 17winbd may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, 17winbd reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable policy. Where termination is initiated by 17winbd for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player within a reasonable timeframe.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of 17winbd, these Terms, or any transaction conducted through the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. You agree to contact 17winbd support at support@17winbd before initiating any formal proceedings, allowing the platform a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

This Agreement, and any dispute arising hereunder, shall not give rise to any class action, consolidated proceeding, or representative action against 17winbd. You agree to resolve any dispute on an individual basis only.
